Women Win: empowering girls & amplifying their voices

Shares

Women Win, a beneficiary of our All Girls Can Play initiative, is the global leader in girls’ empowerment through sport. The organization leverages the power of play to help girls build leadership and become better equipped to exercise their rights. To further this mission, Women Win will share the ultra-durable One World Futbols raised through All Girls Can Play with partner organizations working on gender equality and female empowerment worldwide.

Sport and play are critical elements for the work of Women Win. The end goal for the organization is to help girls thrive as they face the most pressing issues of adolescence. Since 2007, Women Win has impacted the lives of over 1.24 million adolescent girls in over 100 countries.

As part of their programming, Women Win conducts Digital Storytelling Project workshops with girls and young women worldwide, helping them build the skills and leadership to tell their stories. Through these workshops, Women Win empowers participants to amplify their voices to become advocates for their right to play and grow.

We’re excited to celebrate Women Win and a few of the girls and young women with whom they work through the Digital Storytelling Project videos below.
